Bob Sampayan is the Crime Prevention Coordinator for Fighting Back Partnership in Vallejo, CA.
As such, he is responsible for establishing and coordinating neighborhood watch programs throughout the city.  His duties also include teaching Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) principals as well as providing CPTED inspections.
Bob provides training in Civil Nuisance Abatement lawsuits and acts as a Plaintiff’s Advocate in civil court proceedings.  He also acts as a liaison between Vallejo city staff and neighborhood groups.
Lastly, his duties include researching and addressing social and criminal issues that arise in Vallejo. This has included prostitution, illegal dumping, urban blight, foreclosed properties, burglaries, squatters and medical marijuana dispensaries.
Bob is a retired police sergeant with the City of Vallejo Police Department and has over 35 years of law enforcement experience.  He has worked almost all the divisions and assignments within the police department.
