This is an in depth organizational training series geared to train and coach a team of up to three staff (per organization) in the following areas:
1. increase participants knowledge on evidence-based and effective violence prevention strategies and techniques
2. implement a needs assessment and build a personalized strategic plan for an organization or program
3. develop and implement an evaluation process that is supported by data and will measure program effectiveness.
Details of the package
The program for a team of up to three staff includes:
- Six 3.5 hour trainings
- Two tailored on-site coaching sessions per organization
Up to three staff can attend for $300, and each additional staff member is $25
