Graffiti Art Contest

1. Download the form below and make a graffiti art drawing showing the Family Bridges name and showing words and/or pictures about dating.
2. ALL SUBMITTED ENTRIES MUST BE THE SUBMITTER’S ORIGINAL WORK AND IDEA. This means no reproductions, reposting, copied works, works randomly found on the net, submissions of another friend’s work. We want you to put your blood, sweat, and tears into your entry; make it look the best it can possibly look by YOUR own hand.
3. No using computer programs, this has to be as raw as you can make it.
4. Graffiti art will be placed on our Facebook page, as well as our website and be put up for voting. Judges, however, have the final say.
5. The winner of this contest may be required to redraw the piece on a large canvas (approximately 11 feet x 8 feet) to be featured on one of our advertising venues (commercials, documentaries, printed marketing, etc.). Family Bridges will provide the necessary materials for final piece (i.e. canvas, spray paint, etc.)
6. All entries become property of Family Bridges and may be used in the future.
7. Submit your entries by March 1, 2011 in one of three ways:
   • In Person: Give your original artwork to any Family Bridges “LoveU2” instructor
   • Online: Scan and email your artwork to: contest@familybridgeschicago.org
   • Mail: Send your original artwork to: Family Bridges | Attn: Graffiti Art Contest | 1046 Pleasant St. | Oak Park, IL 60302
8. Please remember to fill out the information on the left of the form (name, phone, etc.) Entries without contact information and parent signature, if needed, will be disqualified.
9. Winner will receive a Visa Gift Card and bragging rights.
