ENTRY LEVEL POSITIONS

Habilitation Trainer – Registry                                                                                     Tinley Park, IL

The right candidate will be assisting the QMRP Supervisor with implementing the day-to-day activities of each individual in the program based on their Individual Treatment Plan.  You will also be supervising developmentally disabled adults enrolled at the facility. 

This is an on-call position.

Qualifications:  You must have a high school diploma or a GED and have some experience working with developmentally disabled adult population is preferred.

Salary starts at $8.61

Rehabilitative Services Associate – Registry           Southern Cook County & Bradley, IL

The right candidate will be assisting mentally ill individuals living in one of our 24 hour residential homes.  You will be linking them to the necessary resources and services in order to meet specific needs outlined in their treatment plan.  This includes assisting the individual with independent living skills training in cooking, shopping, budgeting, transportation, interpersonal communication, personal self care and house maintenance. This is an on-call position.

Qualifications:  You must have a high school diploma or a GED and six (6) months experience working with the mentally ill population. Must possess a current valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.

Salary starts at $8.61

ASSOCIATE LEVEL POSITIONS

Respite Worker – Part-time                                                                   Flossmoor, IL

The right candidate will provide relief to families that care for emotionally disturbed children by involving the child in social and recreational activities.  This position will teach appropriate behavior, provide positive role modeling and raise a child’s self esteem.  This includes one-on-one companionship, teaching problem solving and social skills. 

Qualifications:  You must have an Associates Degree (A.A.) or Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from an accredited school; or a minimum of five (5) years of supervised experience in mental health dealing with children and adolescents.  Must possess a current valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Salary starts at $10.

BACHELOR LEVEL POSITIONS

WIN Care Manager – Full Time                                                              Chicago Heights, IL

The right candidate will provide Care Management and Counseling services to adult homeless individuals.  You will be providing emergency Mental Health Assessments and Linkage Care Management to enhance access to necessary mental health and community resources as needed.  The services will be provided at the Emergency Mental Health Center (EMHC), PADS night shelters, local community churches and hospital emergency rooms.

This position requires evening shifts.

Qualifications:  You must have a Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in psychology, sociology or social work from an accredited school and two (2) years out-patient mental health care management experience.

Crisis Counselor Registry – On-Call                                                        Olympia Fields, IL
The right candidate will be providing services to mentally ill adults in a 24-hour crisis center.  You will be conducting group, family and individual counseling; crisis intervention services and care management to the individuals in your care. 
Qualifications:  You must have a Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in psychology, sociology or social work and a minimum of two (2) to four (4) years experience in mental health or human services working in crisis situations.
Salary depends on experience.
MASTER’S LEVEL POSITIONS

Crisis Therapist Registry – On-Call                                                         Olympia Fields, IL
The right candidate will be providing services to mentally ill adults in a 24-hour crisis center.  You will be conducting group, family and individual counseling; crisis intervention services and care management to the individuals in your care. 
Qualifications:  You must have a Master’s Degree (M.A.) in psychology, sociology or social work and a minimum of two (2) to four (4) years experience in mental health or human services working in crisis situations.
Salary depends on experience.
PSR Therapist – Full Time                                                                     Chicago Heights, IL
The right candidate will be providing services to chronically mentally ill adults.  You will be facilitating daily and weekly therapeutic groups, conducting on-going therapy sessions and coordinating case management services when needed.
Qualifications:  You must have a Master’s Degree (M.A.) in psychology, sociology or social work.  You must meet the requirements as a Qualified Mental Health Professional as defined in Medicaid Rule 132.  Previous experience with adults and children preferred, but not required.  LCPC or LCSW required.
Salary depends on experience.
Child, Adolescent and Adult Coordinator– Full time                                 South Holland, IL
 The right candidate will be providing services to adults, adolescents and children.  You will be treating these individuals, families and groups regarding psychological or emotional problems such as depression, anxiety, parenting and family problems or health related issues.  You will develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans to resolve and/or modify identified problems.
 Qualifications:  You must have a Master’s Degree (M.A.) in psychology, sociology or social work.  You must meet the requirements as a Qualified Mental Health Professional as defined in Medicaid Rule 132.  A minimum of 3 years experience with adults and children required.  LCSW required.

Residential Therapist – Full Time                                                           Chicago Heights, IL
The right candidate will coordinate clinical care and monitor the quality of services provided in the Residential Services program to ensure the delivery of quality, cost-effective clinical services to maximize the benefits to clients and the community.  You will completed mental health assessments and develop and implement the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP).  You will provide supervision to the Mental Health Professionals (MHP) and Rehabilitative Services Associates (RSA).
Qualifications:  You must have a Master’s Degree (M.A.) in psychology, sociology or social work from a program accredited by North Central Association or another comparable body recognized by the State of Illinois.  You must meet the requirements as a Qualified Mental Health Professional as defined in Medicaid Rule 132.  A minimum of five (5) years experience with the adult clinical population.  LCPC or LCSW required.
Salary depends on experience.
SUPERVISORY LEVEL POSITIONS

Assistant SASS Supervisor – Full Time                                                             Flossmoor, IL
The right candidate will be assisting the SASS Supervisor with managing and directing the Screening Assessment and Support Services (SASS) crisis team.  You will maintain the SASS program plan expectations and provide direct clinical services to emotionally disturbed children and adolescents at risk of psychiatric hospitalization.
This position requires you to carry a pager and be on call 24/7.
Qualifications:  You must have a Master’s Degree (M.A.) in psychology, sociology or social work and have a minimum of 2 years of supervised experience in mental health or human services working with severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents.  You must meet the requirements as a Qualified Mental Health Professional as defined in Medicaid Rule 132.  Previous supervisory experience required.  Must have an LCPC or LCSW.

Team Leader – Full Time                                                                    Chicago Heights, IL
The right candidate will provide supervision, administration and clinical services to staff members.  You will participate in program development, public relations with community resources to ensure the delivery of quality, cost-effective clinical services.
Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:45 am to 5 pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 12:45 pm to 9 pm.
Qualifications:  You must have a Master’s Degree (M.A.) in psychology, sociology or social work and have a minimum of 2 years of supervised experience in mental health or human services working with severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents.  You must meet the requirements as a Qualified Mental Health Professional as defined in Medicaid Rule 132.  Previous supervisory experience required.  Must have an LCPC or LCSW.
