This Ready by 21 webinar will focus on the transition to adulthood and in particular, the importance of postsecond-ary completion as a critical goal for communities to focus on. We will identify some of the key barriers facing low-income, first-generation college students and identify the partners that need to be mobilized and supports that need to be in place in order to significantly increase both postsecondary completion rates and workforce readi-ness. Hear directly from leaders involved in innovative partnerships between community-based organizations, community colleges and employers that are changing the odds for disadvantaged young adults.
