4:30pm to 4:45pm:       Break up into groups
4:45pm to 5:30pm:       Group Activities based around presentation
5:30pm to 6:30pm:       Bring Groups back together and have Groups present
6:30pm to 7:30pm:       Dinner
7:30pm to 8pm:             Good byes and Gift Bags
