THIS IS A PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT.

Under general supervision, the candidate will conduct tobacco retailer inspections to measure compliance to tobacco minimum-age, marketing and advertising laws for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and compliance checks for Synar. Whether FDA inspections or Synar compliance checks, all cost associated with the employment of the candidates are reimbursed by the FDA contract. The candidate conducts all pre-screenings of areas selected for inspection to determine if safety issues are present and determines efficient travel routes to efficiently complete the compliance checks. The candidate then coordinates the schedules of their 3 member inspection team. The candidates train the minor on the compliance checks procedures, completes required paperwork for the minor’s participation, supervises/conducts the inspections, collects required data for the inspection form and submits data to their supervisor. Must be willing to work a variety of hours. Requires a valid driver's license and ability to travel. This position works from home. 
 Minimum Requirements: 
Requires a four year degree. Two years of experience working in a professional environment with experience conducting inspections, completing reports, training and communicating with the public is required. Compliance testing and law enforcement experience is preferred.
