Ideal candidates will have experience repairing and troubleshooting consumer electronics products and will be professional, self-starters, able to multi-task, be independent and be able to use problem solving skills to come up with the best solution for both the customer and the company.
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years minimum of call center experience, at least 1 to 2 years of technical experience, some technical education and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
