"SAMHSA is sponsoring a public service announcement (PSA) video contest to help kick off a new initiative, National Prevention Week 2012. SAMHSA is encouraging young adults, age 18 to 25, to create a 15- or 30-second PSA highlighting how they're making a difference in their communities to prevent alcohol and drug problems, and reflecting the theme, "We are the ones.
