Student & Community Empowerment Day at Bowen

7th Ward Student & Community Empowerment Day | Performing Arts Workshop with Actress Erica Hubbard:Lifelong Chicago resident Erica Hubbard of BET’s Let’s Stay Together spoke to 7th Ward students at Bowen High School about the importance of education and achieving greatness in performing arts and theater.

Erica, the former Columbia College "Performing Arts/Theatre" graduate fielded alot of questions from aspiring performing arts students about how to make it in performing arts/television.

You can catch Erica's TV character Kita Whitmore display her talents on BET's "LETS STAY TOGETHER" every Tuesday Night at 9:30PM CST.
Chicago native, Actress Erica Hubbard has a non-for-profit youth organization geared towards inspiring kids to lead a positive life in the classroom & community service. www.theericahubbardfoundation.org
