Three All New Webinars for volunteer management

Three All New Webinars

Last month you read an interview with Jennifer Bennett from our Nonprofit Education and Training team about the changes we've made recently in the Learning Center.

This month we'll dive a bit deeper into some of the great new training opportunities available to you as a nonprofit member of the VolunteerMatch community. Specifically, there are three all new webinars premiering in 2011 that we urge you to try out:

Where Do I Go From Here?: Evolving Your Volunteer Program for More Involvement
Do your volunteers have an expiration date? Do they stay with your organization for a few months and then move on? This new topic addresses this problem and can help you create a pathway for more volunteer engagement in your program.

Thurs, 5/26 11am-12pm PT

Playing by the Rules: Creating an Effective Volunteer Handbook
This topic is one from our new series on Core Components - the fundamentals you need to make your volunteer engagement program a success.

Tues, 6/28 11am-12pm PT

Writing Accurate and Useful Volunteer Position Descriptions
A good position description can make the recruitment and placement of volunteers so much easier, but this foundation component of a program is often overlooked or put into a folder and never used.

Thurs 8/4 11am-12pm PT

Browse all VolunteerMatch webinars in the Learning Center.
