
Who Are You? Branding and Marketing Social Service Agencies
Registration for the Youth Services Capacity Enhancement Program training, "Who Are You? Branding and Marketing Social Service Agencies" is now open.
This three-hour training helps prepare staff from social service agencies to more effectively manage their organizations’ branding and marketing initiatives. In the first half of the training, participants will learn: branding definitions and concepts, why branding is important, how to develop an organization brand, and branding success factors. During the second part of the training, participants will learn: elements of marketing, how to identify and ideal client profile, practical marketing strategies and tactics, tips for effective marketing.

Who Are You? Branding and Marketing Social Service Agencies" is being facilitated by Lisa Brenner, President of Bright Ideas, a marketing and communications consulting firm in Chicago. Founded in 1989, the Bright Ideas provides marketing planning, competitive analysis and brand strategy to a wide range of service businesses, including healthcare, finance, technology, education and real estate.
Training will take place Thursday, May 19, from 9:00am– 12:30pm at the following location;

Please note: Due to building security, photo identification is required. You will not be admitted without registration and photo identification. Each person attending MUST be registered under their own name. Multiple entries under the same name will be deleted.
