Participants will learn to recognize and prevent bullying through evidence-based strategies.
Training objectives include:
- Understand bullying and why it occurs
- Understand bullying as defined by Illinois bullying prevention law
- Learn how to successfully perform adult interventions to stop bullying
- Gain knowledge in best practices and strategies for bullying prevention
- Learn how to identify risk and protective factors for bullying
- Learn to implement evidence based kernels to build a peaceful culture
