To apply for the South Lawndale scattered site wait list, you must meet the following criteria:- Be 18 years of age or older at time of application
- Be a resident of the South Lawndale community area at time of application and screening
- Not exceed maximum income restrictions established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
- Have a household size of two, three, four, five or six people
- Meet HUD requirements for citizenship or eligible immigration status
- Meet the CHA Work Requirement, as outlined in the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP)
