ComEd Hardship resumes - June 20 - July 29

From June 20^th through July 29^th (or until funds are exhausted). Disconnected/imminent disconnect accounts will be eligible for grants. Clients may only receive Hardship once every three years.  The maximum grant is $500 and the total balance on accounts must be under $1200.  All applicants must submit documentation that meets the hardship criteria.  Being disconnected is NOT considered a hardship in itself. 

Clients should Call the Illinois LIHEAP hotline at 1-800-571-2332 for locations and further hardship consideration regarding this program.
