ICAH's School of Justice (SOJ) Program Now Accepting Youth Applications!
ICAH wants all young people to achieve health and well being in their own lives and in their communities. Our mission is to promote a positive approach to adolescent sexual health and support for young parents. ICAH’s priorities are access and choice for all sexual health services, access to comprehensive sexual health education, as well as support for pregnant or parenting youth.
School of Justice is a program of ICAH that provides the space and training for young people to: develop their knowledge about sexual health education, increase leadership skills, and mobilize their peers and adult- allies to transform the communities and institutions that impact their realities. The School of Justice does this by gathering 100+ youth for convenings in various locations across the state. Youth will meet, become educated on Illinois-based health issues, plan and execute social change campaigns in their area, and form youth-led strategies to affect policy in Illinois. All of ICAH’s work is supported by the leadership of youth aged 14-24 who are passionate about sexual health and/or issues affecting pregnant and parenting youth. We work with youth as partners committed to making social change. For more information about ICAH and to access an application, please contact Maya Patitucci Cruz. All applications are due via email or fax (312.427.0757) by Friday, July 8th.
