JobTitle -
Technology Service Desk Analyst

The Technology Service Desk Analyst is a member of
the Freeborn & Peters LLP IT department focused on delivering
exceptional customer service. The candidate must be able to excel in a demanding fast paced team environment. The Technology
Service Desk Analyst wil be responsible for providing a combination of software and systems support, basic troubleshooting and
incident management documentation.

Primary responsibilties -

. Provides end-user technical support from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

. Provides end-user technical support for the firm's hardware, core software, and operating systems within the scope of

firm's service level targets.
· Provides end-user technical support for non-core applications on a best effort basis.

. Logs all incoming issues in the call tracking system.

. Escalates calls to the network administration team, external vendors, Technology Services Manager and management as

required.

Secondary responsibilty -

. Keeps up to date inventory of all desktop hardware.

. Responsible for completing projects assigned by Technology Services Manager in a timely manner.

. Works cooperatively with network administration technicians on IT departmental projects.
. Maintains 24x7 availability on a rotated basis via cellular telephone which is provided.

Qualifications -

. Certification

the

o Desired - MCSAIMCITP, Microsoft MCDST, Help Desk Institute HAD, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+.

. Experience

Required

o 2 to 3 years help desk support in a strctured environment required.

o Experience providing support on Microsoft Applications including Offce 2007.

Preferred
o Knowledge of Interwoven FileSite/iManage, DOCS Open, or other document management systems.

o Knowledge ofInterAction or other CRM softare.
o Experience in legal industr technical support preferred.

o Experience providing support on BlackBerry devices.
