MOTHER-DAUGHTER FITNESS Train-the-trainer

Don’t miss this opportunity to receive hands-on training in Body Works, a national curriculum designed by the Office on Women’s Health of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as well the D2F PHIT Club Mother-Daughter nutrition and fitness program model. These programs are designed to teach families how to live healthy lifestyles which include proper nutrition and fitness as well as prevent overweight and obesity. At the training you will:Receive 8-hours of training to become a Body Works Facilitator

Receive a free Body Works Toolkit

Receive a Body Works training manual and completion certificate 

Receive a program guide highlighting the implementation and best practices of D2F PHIT Club 

Participate in innovative D2F PHIT curriculum activities 

Learn approaches to develop a successful program evaluation 

Learn about grant opportunities to help fund your fitness and nutrition program
