YNPN 4 U: Nonprofit Job-Seeker Seminar

This 90-minute networking session and panel discussion will give nonprofit job seekers tips about the various aspects of the nonprofit job search.  Nonprofit professionals currently working in Chicago will share experiences and advice.


Topics include:


Research and Networking– Tools, resources and tips to find the job you want. How often to search, where to look, resources and discussion about best practices for searching. Also, learn about high-impact networking through YNPN events and programs!


Resume/Online Profile – Your paper and e-resume, cover letter, Linkedin profile, facebook page, and google search results all say something about you to potential employers. How to tell your story on paper and build your personal brand.


Interview – You got the interview! Now what? How to you prep for tough questions and feel confident when you walk in the door.
