Getting
a 501 (c) () Tax Exempt Status

I have recently received a number of inquiries about what is
needed to apply for and get a non-profit with a tax exempt status. Some
have even asked if churches are required to have a tax exempt status in order
to take donations. While I was planning a workshop to address the
questions, I came upon a really helpful online tool that may answer most if
not all of your questions. I am also including a link to an online form
to apply for you 501 (c) (3) tax exempt status.
