Property Preservation Company seeking experienced maintenance people to help service and maintain distressed homes in the Northwest Indiana and South Chicago area. Job responsibilities include janitorial, lawn maintenance, minor home repairs, snow removal, and other services as requested. Must be 18 years of age, have a vehicle and a valid driver's license. Additional job requirements will be discussed at orientation. Flexible hours based on work assignments. Skills: Computer literate, dependable, good work ethic, and the ability to work independently. Candidate must be thorough and able to follow directions.
