Members and Partners-
Our next SNW Coalition
meeting will be December 20th, 2011; we will have a joint meeting with Region
6. the meeting will be at Successful Living Community Center located at 35
W. 119th Street, Chicago, IL 60619. The meeting starts at 10 am; Region 6
is currently addressing educational disparities so please come and
support. We hope to see you all there as we close out this year and
prepare for a new one. Attached you will find the SNW Winter Activities
Newsletter, with the coalition activities listed and an additional calendar
from our partner South Side Help Center.
Our committees have been
working diligently; along with the direct service partners so come out to
receive their reports. We will continue to develop our action plans and
move forward as a unified force. See you Tuesday and Happy Holidays!!!!!!
