Inside Sales/Outbound Calling Representative-Location: Schaumburg and Lake Forest
  • Must be able to service and maintain existing accounts and develop new business.
  • Good at prospecting for Business to Business sales.
  • Generating leads by phone canvassing.
  • Setting appointments and making the final sale.
  • Must be comfortable cold calling and hunting for new business.

Requirements:
  • At least 1-3 years of proven inside sales experience a must.
  • Previous experience in hotel sales is preferred. 
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • MS Office proficiency is required.

Entry Level Buyer-Location: Glenview
  • Replenishing, receiving, and billing of inventory.
  • Reviewing inventory levels and maintaining the min/max levels to make sure customer needs are met.
  • Reviewing contracts on a regular basis. 
  • Reconcile monthly accounts.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Inventory or working as a Buyer. 
  • Must be customer service oriented, but also maintain strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Team player that can work well with others.
  • Must be a self-starter that can work in a fast paced environment.

Inventory Control Specialist-Location: Gurnee
  • Responsible for processing production data including reported labor hours and material usage.
  • Identify and analyze data for accuracy and conformance to standards.
  • Issue and distribute work orders.
  • Create and publish various daily reports and measurement tools.
  • Manage Finished Goods cycle count program.
  • Resolve production scheduling problems by analyzing reports; developing solutions.
  • Help manage Bill of Materials change orders and deviations to standard.

Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of previous Inventory/Production/Material Management experience.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is highly preferred. 
  • Must have solid computer skills, specifically in Excel.
  • Must be a quick learner.
  • Someone that is a self-starter and takes initiative. 

Export Traffic Coordinator-Location: Vernon Hills

  • Ensuring the timely and cost effective transportation of commodities to foreign customers.
  • Negotiate and administer service arrangements, freight rates, and contract terms of goods being distributed internationally.
  • Analyze export industry conditions to anticipate potential problems. 
  • Ability to handle urgent issues.  Must be able to think on your feet.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but open depending on experience.
  • 5+ years of Export Transportation experience.
  • Understanding of the supply chain process.
  • Entrepreneurial mind set. 
  • Must be able to work with an intense sense of urgency.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a must! 


HR Generalist-Location: Gurnee

**Must have a strong HR Generalist background with a career focus on Recruiting and Training**
  • Manage the employment and on-boarding process: Must be talented in sourcing and locating top talent. 
  • Employee relations: Investigates employee issues and is involved the employee evaluation and review process.
  • Training: Design and develop training for new and existing employees to assist in their success with the company. 

Requirements:
  • Must have a strong Recruiting and Training background.
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
