UNITED WE DRUM - A FREE EVENT This July 10th, Muntu Dance Theatre will present United We Drum, a free event bringing drummers from diverse cultures together for joyous celebration of The Drum.
Besides Muntu's own drum orchestra representing the West African culture, United We Drum will include performances highlighting traditional rhythms and the role of the drum in several cultures including Native American, Japanese, Indian and Cuban.
The sharing will continue with a family friendly Bantaba (Big Party) where all are invited to join in with dancing, music and song, sharing that which strengthens us all.
