This second annual forum will include workshops on topics like No Child Left Behind reauthorization, federal student aid and special education. Rev. Brenda Girton-Mitchell, the U.S. Department of Education's director of faith-based and neighborhood partnerships, will deliver the keynote address. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
