- Creating a welcoming environment, developing routines and norms
- Understanding and managing challenging behavior
- Engaging resistant youth & minimizing exclusion
- Utilizing retention strategies
Recruiting Participants
- Selecting target age/population
- Establishing enrollment and recruitment process
- Making the first contact with youth and parents/guardians
