Chicago Office Moves to 33 W. Grand Avenue

Hi Prevention First Patron, Prevention First Chicago Office and Library are moving from our present office at 600 W. Chicago Avenue to a great new location at 33 W. Grand Avenue, Suite 300, Chicago, IL 60654. In preparation for our office move, our Chicago office and library will be temporarily closed from Thursday, August 25 to Friday, September 2. We will resume our normal  business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6 at our new location. Library Materials The Prevention First Library will also be closed from August 25 through September 2 in preparation for our office move. Library patrons who presently have materials to return should hold on to the items until the library reopens on Tuesday, September 6 at 33. W. Grand Avenue, Suite 300, Chicago, IL 60654. You can then either return the items by mailing it to our new location or stop by the library. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause over the next few weeks and appreciate your patience during this transitional period. Prevention First will occupy the entire 3rd floor (Suite 300). Visitors to our office will have to sign in at the lobby security desk and take an elevator to the Prevention First suite.
