Erie Neighborhood House is having a teen health fair along with workshops, activities, and panels on April 16, 2011 from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. We will open for registration and breakfast at 8:00AM. The event is free and free lunch as well. Attached is the registration sheet, flier, and poster. If anyone wants to come in just for the health fair that is fine as well. Space is limited so please be sure to reserve your spot! Some schools, like Rauner, are offering extra credit. Youth will receive a certificate for participating. There will be raffles at the end as well. If your agency wants to bring youth call or email (mpalomino@eriehouse.org) Michelle to give her an approximate number.
