Neighborhood Boys & Girls Club Job Description Part-time Campaign Support Staff - Assemble and have readily available campaign brochures for dissemination to committees and solicitors.
- Receive copies of checks and all original accompanying correspondence to use in preparing thank you letters to all campaign donors within 48 hours of receipt of gift.
- Create and manage files on all campaign prospects and donors. Each file will include all prospect and donor correspondence, support documentation, pledge forms, and other information pertaining to each prospect or donor
- Attend steering or sub-committee meetings to help manage all prospect and donor lists.
- Set up and maintain the filing system of reports, forms, etc. related to the campaign.
- Work with committee chairs and members to assist in setting up meetings with prospects and donors.
- Manage the meetings calendar and notify committee members of upcoming meetings.
- Work with development staff and executive director to disseminate communications to Club membership about the campaign. Manage the calendar that supports this communication.
- Work with campaign counsel and staff to help manage the external communications plan.
- Other activities as deemed appropriate by the development director, executive director or campaign counsel.
This individual will work under the supervision of the Executive Director with support from the Development Director and Campaign Consultant. |
