2011 to 2012 Registrations
The Plumber's Joint Apprenticeship Committee, Local 130 U.A. will be
accepting applications for apprenticeship.

Every Thursday, starting November 3, 2011 and ending January 26, 2012.
(Closed Thanksgiving Day)
TIME
Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Extended hours
will be available on the 2nd and 3rd Thursday, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
REGISTRATION
* $25.00 Fee (Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders, No Cash, No Personal
Checks, No Credit Cards) Make Payable to Plumbers’ J.A.C., Local 130.
* $10.00 Optional Test Taking Tip Book (Cash Only)
REQUIREMENTS
1. 18 Years of Age or Older 17 years of age for Senior High School
Students (must provide students I.D.)
2. Two forms of I.D. including one photo I.D.
3. Must provide a valid Driver’s License
4. Photo Copy of Birth Certificate.
5. Photo Copy of Diploma or G.E.D. A Water sealed letter from your High
School will be accepted. Water sealed transcripts with the graduation date
will be accepted.

delegate will have an opportunity to provide comments to the Chicago
Transit Board - regarding the 2012 budget recommendations - at three
budget meetings scheduled on the following dates.
Wednesday, November 2, 2011, at 6:00 PM

Monday, November 7, 2011, at 6:00 PM
CTA Headquarters - 567 W. Lake Street
Thursday, November 10, 2011, at 6:00 PM
Kennedy-King College - 740 W. 63rd Street
Written and oral comments will be taken into
consideration prior to implementation of the 2012 Budget and Program, the 2012
Capital Program of Projects, and the Financial Plan. This input will be
welcomed at the hearing or by correspondence addressed to Gregory P. Longhini,
Assistant Secretary of the Board, Chicago Transit Authority, P.O. Box 7567,
